Nestled in the part of Narragansett RI known as Jerusalem, Sandy Toes Beach Bungalow is just steps away from soft sand and a mile of beach.  This cozy little cottage is 850 sq. ft. and part of the Kenyan Beach Association, which has a private beach that abuts East Matunuck State Beach. It also has a smaller beach next to the state pier on Point Judith Pond, which is ideal for small children when the ocean is rough.

 

Recent renovations include a new kitchen, a complete redo of one bathroom and upgrades to the other.  The cottage has received a fresh coat of paint inside and out as well as several new windows and many new furnishing.

 

With amazing views and an incredible beach location, this cottage is bound to create unforgettable memories with friends and family. Sit on the porch and enjoy the constant stream of boats passing by the west wall of the Harbor of Refuge. Walk along the beach or the wildlife management area, swim, fish, surf, paddle or kite board.
